In this time of uncertainty, we hope that you, like us, are doing what you can to stay safe, stay home, and find comfort where you can. For many of us, that means spending time with the crafts and hobbies we love--and maybe even finishing some of those favorite projects that were put off when life was busier.
Willow Yarns has been closely monitoring the current situation and based on direction from the state of Wisconsin, we have decided to temporarily cease shipping orders. This means no orders will be shipped out at this time.
Here is what you may expect from Willow Yarns until we resume shipping:
Orders can still be placed through our websites Herrschners.com & WillowYarns.com, by telephone (1-800-441-0838), and by mail. The orders will still be accepted into our system and queued for shipment when shipping resumes.
You may continue to contact our call center by phone, email, chat, and social media.
Orders received as of March 24th will not be shipped until shipping resumes.
Customers will not be charged for their orders made until their order ships. The exception to this rule is orders made by PayPal. PayPal will charge your payment method when the order is placed.
As we adapt to the changing circumstances, we are hopeful for the future, and look forward to being back to shipping as soon as possible. We will keep you abreast of changes as they happen. Please take care of yourselves and your loved ones during this time.
